Raft's AI enabled real-time mission planning and execution in the heart of the Indo-Pacific
MCLEAN, Va., May 14, 2025 -- Raft announced today that AOC Anywhere, powered by the Raft Data Platform, was successfully used by the 613th Air Operations Center (AOC) to conduct operational command and control from a forward location during Exercise Balikatan 25—the largest annual U.S.-Philippines joint military exercise.
Built for contested and distributed environments, AOC Anywhere enabled real-time mission planning and execution, allowing the 613th AOC to distribute operations all the way to the edge of the Indo-Pacific theater.

In 2024, Raft began partnering with the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) to develop AOC Anywhere—a modular, flexible platform designed to integrate AI/ML models, operational tools, and real-time data. Since then, Raft has rapidly delivered secure, edge-capable infrastructure with key features including single sign-on, multi-tenancy, and data federation.

One of the key capabilities enabled by AOC Anywhere during the exercise was the deployment of Parson's C2Core application to the cloud, made accessible through the AOC Anywhere App Store. This capability allowed geographically distributed users to work collaboratively and securely to plan the air war.
This successful deployment demonstrates the operational value of decentralized, software-powered command and control and marks a key milestone for Raft and its partners in advancing Indo-Pacific readiness.
