Allstacks Product Studio Adds Shared Workflows, Collaboration, and Code Context for Product Teams

Recent updates help product teams execute to the same standard by sharing context and skills, collaborating with stakeholders, and scoping and sizing work with more precision.

RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Allstacks, the workspace for product teams and AI to execute together, continues to expand capabilities to do product work in one place. New capabilities include shared workflows and skills, collaborative work interfaces, and deep code context to help the team research, plan, and scope work consistently.

Good product work takes the team from the product manager who writes the plan to the engineers who build it and the stakeholders who sign off on it. In most product organizations, each product manager has their own AI setup and workflow, and output quality tends to be inconsistent. Product leaders want every product manager to work through the team's optimal workflows and produce higher-quality work. Allstacks Product Studio is built to create consistency and efficiency in the product process.

Allstacks' latest enhancements help up-level the team by unifying workflows and skills, so every process runs consistently, whether it produces a requirements doc or a weekly report. Allstacks has also added collaboration and code-context capabilities to improve product planning by better understanding code impacts and technical constraints. Updates include:

  • Start work in Claude, using all the context from Product Studio. Product Studio is now available as a Connector in Claude. This allows teams to use the Allstacks shared context, create consistent briefs and tickets, run readiness checks, and push work to trackers, all within Claude.
  • Set up your team's workflows once with Skills. Any Allstacks Product Studio user can now save a recurring workflow, such as customer voice analysis, bug triage, or a weekly report, to the organization's skill library. The Product Studio agent picks up the right skill when it's relevant, so every product manager gets consistent results.
  • Connect tools once for the organization. Set up tool connections and custom MCP servers for one person or the organization, so every product manager's sessions start from the same systems and context.
  • Break down communication silos by including engineers and other stakeholders in your work. Bring collaborators in to review, edit, or comment on a document, an epic, or a story without having to export the asset for review.
  • Check plans against the code with Allstacks Code Engine. Plan with dependencies mapped, and scope, size, and estimate effort based on actual development history. Commitments are grounded in evidence, and engineers know exactly where to focus.
  • Translate what to build into how engineering builds. Product Studio drafts tickets with the issue types, hierarchy, and custom fields of each team's Jira, Azure DevOps, or Linear project, and keeps a human-in-the-loop approval step.

"Product is a team sport, and so far AI has helped one person at a time. Every product manager ends up with a different setup and a different idea of what a good plan looks like," said Hersh Tapadia, CEO of Allstacks. "Product leaders want an organization's best way of working to become everyone's way of working, and this release puts the shared workflows, reviews, and code checks in place to support this vision."
