RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 19, 2025 -- Virginia Housing recently announced increased maximum gross household income and sales price limits for Virginia homebuyers, effective Aug. 19, 2025. More Virginia first-time and repeat homebuyers will now have access to all Virginia Housing programs due to the increases.
"Raising income and sales price limits is a critical step toward breaking down barriers to housing across the Commonwealth, ensuring more Virginians can attain quality, affordable housing and a place they can call home," said Virginia Housing Managing Director of Homeownership Michael Urban.
