DALLAS, Oct. 2, 2025 -- Civitas Capital Group, a Dallas-based alternative investment manager offering niche opportunities in U.S. real estate, today announced that its North Park project in San Diego, California, has received approval for Form I-956F, Application for Approval of an Investment in a Commercial Enterprise, from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

This is an important milestone for the project, as an approved Form I-956F is a vital first step to the approval of each EB-5 investor's I-526E petition.

"The development will provide 76 units, including eight rent-restricted units, to a highly supply-constrained market and is projected to create over 220 jobs that will benefit both the local community and our EB-5 investors."
