CHANDLER, Ariz., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Raintree, an EMR platform for rehabilitation and physical therapy organizations, today announced that Upstream Rehabilitation has renewed its enterprise agreement with Raintree. Upstream is the largest dedicated outpatient physical therapy provider in the United States, with more than 1,200 clinics across 28 states.
The renewal continues a long-standing relationship between the two organizations. Upstream and Raintree will continue working together to improve the day-to-day experience for Upstream's clinicians, front-desk teams and patients.
Upstream has been using ScribeIQ™, Raintree's ambient AI scribe built for rehab therapy, which now supports more than 40% of evaluations Upstream documents in Raintree. The goal is more complete documentation, more accurate coding, and more time for clinicians to spend with patients.
Under the agreement, Upstream will have access to additional Raintree capabilities that it can evaluate and adopt over time, including:
- Pathways™ for referral management that connects clinics with hospitals and health systems through secure data exchange.
- Plan of Care DocuSign integration to digitize plan-of-care signatures from referring physicians.
- Touchpoints™ for patient self-scheduling, digital intake, kiosk check-in and payment collection.
- Gateways™ for a self-service API hub to help Upstream's IT team connect partners and systems securely.
