ROCHESTER, Mich., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Juise Mobility, a micromobility infrastructure company that provides outdoor charging, docking and locking systems for e-bikes and e-scooters, has launched a new website by Digital Silk. This website shifts the focus to the safety risk from indoor storage and charging products to the infrastructure problems that come with the growth of micromobility devices.
Juise Mobility's new site makes the case for dedicated micromobility infrastructure while showing how its IoT technology serves campuses, property operators, fleet managers and communities.
From Hardware Catalog to Infrastructure Story
Juise Mobility's previous website focused heavily on its charging stations, docks and lockers, while giving less attention to the technology connecting those systems. As a result, the site did not clearly communicate the broader infrastructure capabilities behind the physical products.
Digital Silk began with competitive and market research to identify where Juise could establish a clearer position. The analysis found direct competitors concentrated their messaging around safety and order, leaving an opportunity to focus on the infrastructure problem created by the growing number of e-bikes and e-scooters entering properties.
The new website builds that argument around four areas: safety, data, connectivity and community. Third-party evidence supports the case, including UL Standards research on e-mobility fires, a lawsuit alleging $1.6 million in battery-fire property damage, and a dorm fire at San Diego State.
Different Buyers Get Different Paths
Juise Mobility serves a wide range of audiences, including campus administrators, property developers, hospitality and resort operators, private fleet operators, municipal programs and investors.
The previous site gave these audiences essentially the same experience. Digital Silk replaced that structure with three dedicated paths:
- Micromobility Solutions for properties and communities that need infrastructure for privately owned devices
- Fleet Solutions for operators that manage shared micromobility fleets
- Community Impact for audiences focused on the broader effects of micromobility infrastructure
The site also replaces generic "Learn more" links with calls to action tied to visitor intent, including Explore the Platform, Request a Demo and Talk to an Expert.
Competitive Research Shaped the New Website
Digital Silk mapped the messaging used by Juise Mobility's direct competitors before developing the new site architecture and content.
The research showed that competitors largely occupied the safety and order space, while larger platforms focused on integration and impact. Digital Silk used those findings to move Juise away from the same messaging and toward a broader infrastructure argument.
Keyword research and content planning also informed the new site structure, so search considerations were built into the content plan rather than added after the redesign.
"Juise had a product story, but the bigger opportunity was to explain the problem those products solve," said Branko Stojanovic, VP at Digital Silk. "The new site starts with that problem and gives each audience a clearer path to the technology built to address it."
Digital Silk helps technology and infrastructure companies turn complex products into clear digital experiences. For Juise Mobility, the new website connects its hardware, technology and market story while giving different audiences direct paths to the solutions they need.
