DALLAS, March 4, 2025 -- Trinity Consultants, a leading global environmental consulting firm providing services and solutions in the EHS regulatory compliance, life sciences, built environment, and water and ecology markets, today announced the acquisition of Safety Partners, a safety and compliance consultancy based in Massachusetts with a growing presence in New York, North Carolina and California. Safety Partners provides services throughout the U.S. Since its inception in 1992, Safety Partners has delivered EHS programs to science and technology organizations working with hazardous materials, equipment and processes. The company is committed to keeping scientists and engineers safe, their labs compliant, and their operations running smoothly, and ensuring that they are focused on the next scientific breakthrough, from lab design to product development. This acquisition will further strengthen Trinity's position as a market leader in the life sciences industry's health and safety space.

Safety Partners joins Trinity's Life Sciences team, which includes experts from Trinity's prior acquisitions of Advent Engineering Services, Aztec Technologies, SafeBridge Consultants and WorkingBuildings.
