A U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Walter served as a Public Affairs Specialist and received multiple honors, including two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and three Good Conduct Medals. His military service laid the foundation for his focus on leadership, discipline, and adaptability—qualities he brings into every coaching and consulting engagement.
Dr. Walter is a Certified Learning and Development Professional (Global Skill Development Council),Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching), Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (Genos NA), and a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (American Society for Quality).
