Nursing Catalyst Team to Share Exclusive AI Research at AONL 2025 Conference
ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 11, 2025 -- The Health Management Academy's Nursing Catalyst team will be attending the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) 2025 Annual Conference, where they will host Chief Nurse Executives at a dedicated reception to explore the key challenges facing the nursing enterprise. The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Inspiring Leaders Conference, held annually for more than 12,000 organization members, takes place this year in Boston, Massachusetts from March 30-April 2, 2025.
The Health Management Academy's (THMA) Nursing Catalyst program is an innovative collaboration of nurse leaders, including Chief Nursing Executives and site Chief Nursing Officers. During the conference, Nursing Catalyst members and select invitees will convene with a shared goal: to tackle the nursing practice's most significant challenges through insightful discussion and collaboration.

Recent Nursing Catalyst research (Bioengineering) shows that while many hospitals plan to increase their AI investments in nursing care delivery, many struggle to measure and maximize their return on these investments and could be better positioned to make the case for ROI utilizing the critical success factors for AI implementation from leading health systems, detailed in these critical findings.
This year's reception will feature an engaging discussion on this topic between Anne Herleth, Vice President of Member Insights at The Health Management Academy and Managing Director at Nursing Catalyst, and Tracey Moffatt, MHA, BSN, RN, Health System Board Member and former Chief Nurse Executive at Ochsner Health.

Of bedside RNs, only 9% believe AI could help maintain safe staffing levels, yet 77.9% hold neutral or slightly positive views on its implementation.
