MINEOLA, Texas, Nov. 18, 2025 -- Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, and a special cash dividend of $0.03 per share, on each outstanding share of common stock. Both dividends will be payable on or about December 16, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2025. The quarterly dividend represents a $0.01 increase over the prior quarterly dividend.
