HOUSTON, Texas, Feb. 4, 2025 -- Stellus Capital Management, LLC ("Stellus") announced today that its affiliates provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Palm Peak Capital's ("Palm Peak") acquisition of Pacific Shoring Products, LLC ("Pacific Shoring" or "the Company"), a leading manufacturer of trench safety equipment.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA, Pacific Shoring is a leader in a regulatory-driven niche, manufacturing trench safety products used by contractors to protect their workforce when working in trenches for infrastructure projects including water utility pipes, telecom fiber, gas & electric, and other underground building or maintenance jobs. Pacific Shoring's products are sold at ~280 dealer locations across North America, Australia, and Europe to large, high quality equipment rental companies.
