HOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2025 -- Stellus Capital Management, LLC ("Stellus") announced today that its affiliates provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Palm Peak Capital's ("Palm Peak") acquisition of Domaille Engineering ("Domaille" or the "Company"), a leading provider of highly advanced equipment and related accessories used to manufacture pre-terminated fiber optic cables.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota, Domaille was previously a division of ADDMAN Engineering. The Company produces innovative equipment and tools used to manufacture advanced high bandwidth fiber optic cables. The Company's diverse customer base includes leading cable assembly houses and commercial clients serving data centers, telecommunications providers, and other enterprise end markets.
