Hamirani, a three-time finalist, claimed the distinction outright Tuesday at the 2025 Financial Executive Awards, held at On The Levee in downtown Dallas, after leading Mohr Partners to continued financial and business growth in 2024.

In 2024, Hamirani played a key role in driving significant growth and innovation across several areas of Mohr Partners' business.
Under his leadership, the company expanded its lease administration product line by 25%, increased its EBITDA by 142%, and achieved more than 300% growth in its international offices.
The lease administration department secured various new Fortune 500 clients in 2024 and now supports more than 60 clients with a team comprising over half of Mohr Partners' corporate workforce.
Additionally, Hamirani was pivotal in establishing and cultivating the firm's India operations. In 2024, he made two trips to India to train, lead and empower new employees as the company opened a physical office in Chennai.
The continued development of the lease administration department and India operations underscores Hamirani's commitment to empowering Mohr Partners' employees through professional and personal development, while offering them unique opportunities for growth.
That same commitment extends beyond the office. Hamirani is a professor of accounting at Southern Methodist University, where he inspires and mentors the next generation of accountants. He also mentors youth, assists with college applications and provides career counseling, reflecting the values that define his leadership style.
