ORANGE, Calif., March 18, 2025 -- Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named Roth Staffing Companies on their annual ranking of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For, of North American firms with more than 500 employees. This is Roth Staffing's eleventh consecutive year on the prestigious list. Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions – announced winners of its 2025 Best Staffing Firms to Work For program during its Executive Forum North America conference in Miami Beach.
The Best Staffing Firms to Work For program encompasses seven categories based on company size and location as well as a Best Staffing Firms to Temp For category for American and Canadian firms. Program winners comprise companies with high scores in the contest categories.
"Since our company's founding more than 30 years ago, Roth Staffing has been focused on company culture, and being named as one of SIA's Best Staffing Firms to Work For means our culture remains as vibrant and strong as ever," said Adam Roth, CEO of Roth Staffing Companies. "I'm so proud that we have been included on this list again! This recognition reflects our commitment to fostering a workplace where excellence meets purpose, and where we show up every day to make a positive difference for our clients, candidates, and each other."
"SIA's 2025 Best Staffing Firms to Work For program winners demonstrate the ability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry by maintaining a steadfast commitment to culture, leadership, and adaptability," said SIA President Ursula Williams. "These top firms don't just navigate change — they embrace it with a growth mindset, staying laser-focused on shifting customer and marketplace needs. By investing in and empowering their employees, they build stronger, more resilient businesses. Congratulations to our 2025 honorees for building stronger businesses by investing in and empowering their employees."
The 2025 Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards are sponsored by Sense, an AI-powered talent engagement and communication platform. "At Sense, we are proud to sponsor SIA's Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards again this year, as we continue to witness firsthand the power of innovative thinking and dedication in shaping a thriving workforce," said Sense CEO and Co-Founder Anil Dharni. "This year's winners have set a new standard by creating dynamic, engaging work environments that not only attract top talent but also cultivate a culture of growth, success, and collaboration. Their commitment to reimagining the employee experience is inspiring, and we celebrate their leadership in driving positive change within the staffing industry."
Over 400 firms sought participation in this year's program, conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. Each participating firm's internal employees were asked to complete an online survey measuring six key engagement categories: communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. In order to gather statistically sound results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of employee participation based on total number of employees. Companies in each size category were ranked according to their overall composite score. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results, and key findings from those results will be covered in SIA's industry research.
