Ridgeline is a portfolio company of Bertram Capital ("Bertram"). This marks Ridgeline's first acquisition, strengthening its capabilities and market reach in the Southeast. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pro Shield, founded by Cody Bellipanni, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing services with a focus on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship.
