("PharmChem" or the "Company") (OTC: PCHM) is pleased to announce that its acquisition by Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc., was approved by shareholders at today's special meeting. Per the agreement, shareholders of PharmChem will receive $3.75 per share in cash upon final closing.
The Company expects the consummation of the transaction to be effective at the close of business on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
