CLEVELAND, May 12, 2025 -- Ovatient, a virtual-first healthcare delivery company co-founded by The MetroHealth System in Ohio and MUSC Health in South Carolina, announced today the launch of MyCare Anywhere, an omni-channel patient engagement experience powered by League. League is the leading healthcare consumer experience (CX) platform best known for using data and AI to drive health engagement.
MyCare Anywhere is designed to strengthen patients' connections to health systems and the providers they trust. Available on desktop and mobile—including iOS and Android devices—MyCare Anywhere is EMR-integrated to offer hyper-personalized virtual care, expert health content, and self-guided health journeys. It will initially be available to patients throughout Northeast Ohio through Ovatient's partnership with MetroHealth.
With this new digital experience, Ovatient is going beyond the "digital-front door" to create a proprietary, new Digital Health Home™ that connects patients to care that is tailored to them, easy-to-access and integrated with the health system they know and trust.

- Virtual care visits (primary and on-demand urgent care as well as integrated behavioral health)
- Access to lab and imaging results
- Medication and pharmacy information
- Billing information
