Key findings from the report include:
- ITC investigations rebounded to 52 in 2024, up 41% from 37 in 2023.
- Patent disputes dominated filings, accounting for over 90% of all investigations, with a 25% increase from 32 in 2023 to 40 in 2024.
- Consumer Goods led all industries, representing 25% of cases, up from 21% in 2023, while Networking/Wireless and Life Sciences remained key areas of interest.
- Judge caseloads shifted, with ALJs Bhattacharyya and Moore handling the most matters in 2024, overtaking ALJs Hines and Elliot, who led in 2023.
