New WIT Legal Report Details Key ITC Trends, Including a Resurgence in Patent Disputes and Case Filings

• Consumer Goods led all industries, representing 25% of cases, up from 21% in 2023, while Networking/Wireless and Life Sciences remained key areas of interest.
• Judge caseloads shifted, with ALJs Bhattacharyya and Moore handling the most matters in 2024, overtaking ALJs Hines and Elliot, who led in 2023.
