("Pinnaql"), a provider of laboratory validation and global GxP compliance services. The majority investment marks the first acquisition of LSOMS. The Company was recently launched by 3BC to build a leading quality and regulatory consulting platform dedicated to helping life–science innovators navigate increasingly complex compliance landscapes.
