On February 3, 2025, Dominion issued a press release "provid[ing] several updates for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project." Among other updates, Dominion said that estimate total project costs have increased approximately 9% to $10.7 billion from its previous estimate of $9.8 billion.
On this news, Dominion's stock price fell $2.36 per share, or 4.19%, to close at $53.96 per share on February 4, 2025.
