International Motors Honors 2024 Dealers of the Year

PHOENIX, Feb. 5, 2025 -- International Motors, LLC* ("International") announced the International and IC Bus Dealer of the Year award winners at its annual dealer meeting this week in Phoenix, Arizona. The dealers, which are evaluated and awarded on a variety of criteria, gathered to celebrate the past year and look ahead at the year to come.

"The annual dealer meeting is such an exciting time for all of us at International," said Dan Kayser, executive vice president, Commercial Operations, International. "Our industry moves so quickly, so it's important to reflect on and celebrate the success of the previous year. Our truck and bus dealers are true partners who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to International customers."  

The 2024 Dealer of the Year award winners were selected based on their performance in several criteria, such as parts sales, truck sales, S13^® Integrated Powertrain sales and service dwell time. Other criteria such as growth in key areas like market share, customer experience survey results and use of International Financial are additional data points used to make Dealer of the Year selections.

International U.S. and Canada

The 2024 International U.S. and Canada Dealer of the Year: Shane Bosche, Glover International

All of Glover's locations were Prestige Certified for 2024 as well as all locations achieving a perfect customer response rate. They exceeded their targets for parts sales, had a customer experience score that was roughly 8% higher than the average for the dealer body as a whole.  In addition, Glover's leadership on councils and committees was invaluable in 2024.

IC Bus

The 2024 IC Bus Dealer of the Year: Richard Wolfington and Wolfington Body Company

Wolfington is one of the IC Bus^® dealers leading the network with electrification.  They have prepared all their locations to sell and service the Electric CE Series bus. In addition, Wolfington exceeded their targets in orders and Electric CE Series orders.

International Latin America

The 2024 International Dealer of the Year for Latin American Winner: Cajasa

Cajasa operates five locations across western Mexico and were selected as the Dealer of Year winner in part for their strong commercial performance throughout the year. Additionally, they excelled in several key categories such as S13 Integrated Powertrain sales, including more than 60% of those customers adding the comprehensive S13 bundled solutions; use of International Financial; and exceeding their parts sales goals for the year by more than 10%.
