WOBURN, Mass., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Intellezy, a corporate training company that offers a training video library, custom eLearning development, and AI adoption services, announced the availability of two free tools for organizations planning AI adoption: the AI Readiness Assessment and the AI ROI Calculator. Many organizations have invested in AI tools but are still working out how to get employees using them well. Successful adoption depends on more than software: it takes a clear strategy, employees with the skills and confidence to use AI, and the processes to support it. The tools help leaders see where their workforce stands today and the potential return on training.
The AI Readiness Assessment asks 14 questions and takes about five minutes. Leaders receive a readiness score across strategy, people, and tools, along with personalized recommendations on where to start and results they can download and share.
The AI ROI Calculator lets leaders enter headcount, expected adoption, and average salary for each department, then adjust assumptions such as productivity gain, ramp-up time, and AI subscription costs. Its assumptions link to published research from sources including McKinsey, Science, and the National Bureau of Economic Research.
