Among all financial services firms ranked, Guardian and Park Avenue Securities' contact centers claim top two spots
NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2025 -- The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian) and Park Avenue Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian, have once again earned DALBAR Service Awards. The recognitions mark 20 consecutive years of DALBAR honoring Guardian and Park Avenue Securities teams.
In addition to the Park Avenue Securities Contact Center and Guardian Individual Life and Individual Disability Contact Centers claiming the number one and number two rankings, respectively, across industry peers, each also ranked first within its respective category, including:
- Guardian's Individual Life Contact Center and Individual Disability Contact Center received a first-place ranking in DALBAR's Insurance Service Award. This is the centers' eighth and tenth consecutive year of recognition, respectively.
- Guardian's Annuity Contact Center received a first-place ranking in DALBAR's Annuity Service Award. This is its eighth consecutive year of recognition.
- The Park Avenue Securities Contact Center received a first-place ranking in DALBAR's Financial Intermediary Service Award. This is its seventh consecutive year of recognition.
