Originally serving as the State National Bank, this iconic building will be redeveloped into a vibrant mixed-use property featuring 40 workforce housing apartments and a local grocery store, offering essential amenities to the surrounding community. The redevelopment of the State National Bank Building will provide much-needed housing for the Brownsville workforce and enhance access to local retail services in the area.
