CLEVELAND, June 17, 2025 -- Exscape Designs LLC ("Exscape Designs") and Green Impressions, LLC ("Green Impressions"), two premier landscape service and design companies based in Northeast Ohio, have combined their operations under a newly formed parent company – Exscape Group, LLC ("Exscape Group" or the "Company"). This strategic combination, supported by a significant investment by BHMS Investments, LP ("BHMS"), is the result of aligned vision, complementary strengths and a shared commitment to excellence. BHMS' investment will primarily be utilized to expand the Company's reach across the broader Great Lakes-Midwest region through both organic growth and a focused acquisition strategy. Bill Dysert, owner of Exscape Designs, will serve as CEO of the Company, and Joe Schill and Jim Louth, owners of Green Impressions, will serve the Company in leadership positions, with all three joining the Company's Board.
