Endeavor 3D Among First to Offer HP 3D High Reusability (HR) PA 12 Flame Retardant for Production

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga., March 25, 2025 -- Endeavor 3D, a leading provider of advanced additive manufacturing solutions, announces its latest material offering: HP PA 12 Flame Retardant (FR), a halogen-free material with a 60% powder reusability ratio. As one of the first contract manufacturers in North America to provide this high-performance material, Endeavor 3D has been validated and approved by HP for production-ready applications using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D Printing technology. This adoption further strengthens Endeavor 3D's commitment to delivering industrial-grade parts for specialized applications in the electrical, robotics, and industrial sectors.

HP 3D PA 12 FR, enabled by Evonik, is an innovative and cost-effective material that boasts a high level of reuse, disruptive cost per part, and premium surface finish—reducing waste and lowering production costs. UL 94 V0 certification at 2.5mm thickness, the material ensuring compliance with rigorous safety and flammability standards. HP 3D PA 12 FR is particularly well-suited for any type of electronic or electrical component housing that requires UL94 V0, ranging from battery holders, cable guides, lighting covers, home appliance casings and more. These critical parts require both stringent functionality and aesthetic considerations, and this innovative material excels in delivering on both fronts.

"By adding HP 3D PA 12 Flame Retardant to our portfolio, Endeavor 3D continues to lead the way in providing manufacturers with quality production-grade additive manufacturing solutions that challenge conventional performance and cost expectations," says Phil Arnold, Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor 3D. "This material represents a significant step for manufacturers to inexpensively produce flame-retardant components and we are proud to be among the first to make it available for production."

François Minec, Vice President and Global Head of Sales and Business Development, HP Additive Manufacturing Solutions, adds "Endeavor 3D has established itself as a key partner in advancing the adoption of industrial additive manufacturing. With the introduction of HP 3D PA 12 FR to their material line, they are helping manufacturers access high-performance, flame-retardant solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across critical industries."
