Parcel Sortation and Delivery Capacity Expanded in Hub and Spoke Facilities, including Philadelphia, Newark, Hartford, Atlanta, Chicago, Richmond, Dallas, Houston, Boston, South Florida, Tampa, Northern Virginia, Louisville and more
Expanded Capacity to Launch Ahead of Peak and Support 2026 Expansion
NEW YORK, Oct. 9, 2025 -- Veho, the most customer-centric parcel delivery platform in the U.S., today announced it has expanded its parcel handling capacity by over 50% in some of its largest markets ahead of the Peak holiday shopping season, ensuring it can meet e-commerce shippers' needs during their most important time of year.
E-commerce brands make on average 30% of their revenue during the approximately 29 day "Peak" shopping season between Thanksgiving and Christmas, during which delivery volume increases by approximately 40%. Last year was the busiest Peak ever, with 2 billion parcels delivered. Famously, this sharp increase in demand for deliveries, and the increased importance of on-time-delivery ahead of the holidays, puts tremendous pressure on shipping companies – with some legacy providers often reaching breaking points.
Veho, whose tech and logistics platform is designed specifically for e-commerce brands focused on reliability, customer experience and competitive cost, is ensuring it has the capacity to scale and meet consumer demand during Peak. Central to these efforts is increasing the size and capability of its own facilities, as well as launching new distribution centers through partnerships.
Veho has increased the capacity of its existing Philadelphia, PA and Indianapolis, IN regional hubs by a combined over 50,000 square feet, opened a new 150,000 square foot hub outside Atlanta, GA, and is increasing its capacity by 50-100% in markets nationwide through reorganizing or expanding its own facilities or by working with third party logistics providers. Those markets include Newark, NJ; Hartford, CT; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas and Houston, TX: Tampa and South Florida; Richmond and Northern Virginia; Louisville, KY; and Greensboro, NC. Through this expansion, Veho will now have a second distribution center in over 10 of the markets in which it operates.
Through partnerships with 3PLs, Veho is increasing its Peak and go-forward parcel handling capacity in those markets by over 50% with major benefits network-wide.
