The planned integration will allow Zora AI and SAP AI agents to work together as a multiagent system with the ability to perceive, reason and act
NEW YORK, May 20, 2025 -- Deloitte announced today a new level in multiagent systems with the planned integration of Zora AI™ with SAP Joule and Business Technology Platform (BTP), designed to empower clients to build intelligent digital workforces using agentic AI. These digital workforces can autonomously execute complex business functions with precision and speed. Zora AI, built on the NVIDIA AI stack, is a suite of ready-to-deploy agents that utilize Deloitte's fine-tuned, industry-specific models. With Zora AI combined with SAP's extensive enterprise capabilities — and amplified by SAP Business Data Cloud's (BDC) accessibility to data, clients can redefine work processes and fully harness the transformative power of agentic AI to advance their organizations.
"The integration of Deloitte's Zora AI with SAP's Joule platform will rapidly bring to life the promise of a digital workforce, accelerating the adoption of high-value agentic use cases. We are excited to be sharing this at a time when leading organizations are expressing increased urgency to move past AI ideation and demonstrate the tangible deployment of agents into the heart of their business," said Joe Ucuzoglu, Deloitte Global CEO.
"Backed by Deloitte's deep industry and engineering experience, Zora AI and SAP's advanced agentic AI capabilities will function together as a multiagent system, ready to usher in a new digital workforce that perceives, reasons and fundamentally changes how work gets done," said Abdi Goodarzi, Zora AI Chief Commercial Officer and principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP.
Driving efficiency with the digital workforce
Zora AI is built to reason and can utilize SAP Joule Studio agent building capabilities, and SAP's AI Foundation on SAP BTP and is powered by the full-stack NVIDIA AI platform: NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM microservices including the Llama Nemotron reasoning NIM, and accelerated computing. Clients can then interpret real-time data from structured and unstructured sources to perform tasks quickly and efficiently. Zora AI can interact with humans, translate and convert natural language to system instructions and provide depth to queries. Working together in a single, seamless environment, Joule unlocks deep reasoning with Zora AI, tapping SAP AI agents for subsequent actions.
"Together as a multiagent system, Zora AI and SAP Joule agents are designed to usher in the future of work with enhanced productivity and efficiency across a variety of industry use cases. Backed by SAP's Business AI agentic strategy, our clients will be enabled to accelerate cross-functional, specialized AI agents with deep reasoning powered by Zora AI," said Christian Klein, CEO of SAP SE.
"SAP is at the forefront of embedding AI capabilities across the SAP Business Suite — and when combined with Zora AI, our joint clients can unlock even deeper insights in a single environment, tailored to solve for their most unique business challenges," said Philipp Herzig, chief technology officer and chief AI officer, SAP.
