Spencer-Sim comes to Cipriani & Werner from Hamilton Specialty Group. With over 15 years of experience in cyber broking and underwriting, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of cyber insurance. Her experiences and tenures include a who's who of Lloyd's of London players with Beazley, Axis (formerly Novae), Brit, and Lockton among her stops.
Spencer-Sim is the first employee of Cipriani & Werner's new London office. However, she is not expected to be the only employee for long as the firm has expansion on its mind with Spencer-Sim serving as the catalyst for the firm's international growth plan.
