Merchants get AI agents that audit the storefront, draft the fixes and measure the revenue, starting with a free audit ahead of peak season
SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SHOPLINE and LimeSpot today announced a partnership that brings LimeSpot Growth Agents to SHOPLINE merchants. The AI agents audit a live storefront and its connected back office, find where sales are being lost, and draft the fixes: personalized recommendations, merchandising, audience segments, offers, Google Ads, AI/SEO, and product data that AI shopping assistants can read. Merchants review each draft and publish what they approve.
The path to purchase is no longer a straight line. Shoppers discover a product on TikTok, browse on a phone, visit a store and come back days later to buy. SHOPLINE was built for that reality: online stores, social commerce, livestream selling and physical retail run from one dashboard on one shopper profile. But more traffic does not mean more revenue. Conversion, basket size and repeat purchases decide what the season is worth, and most merchants have no one to do the work of finding what to fix, building it and proving it moved the numbers. That is the work LimeSpot Growth Agents does.
"Our merchants have never had more ways to reach a shopper, and never had less time to turn that reach into a sale," said Christopher Yang, Co-President of SHOPLINE. "LimeSpot gives them a team that reads the storefront, drafts the fixes and shows them what each one earned. Going into peak season, that is the help a merchant needs."
Merchants do not have to commit to anything to see where they stand. The free LimeSpot Growth Grader audits a live SHOPLINE storefront the way a shopper experiences it and reports what is working, what is not, and the fix for each gap.
"Holiday traffic is valuable, but traffic alone is not the goal," said Aidin Tavakkol, founder of LimeSpot. "The opportunity is making every visit work harder: helping shoppers find what they came for, discover what goes with it, and come back after the season ends."
What this means for SHOPLINE merchants
Starting today, SHOPLINE merchants get four jobs done for them:
- An audit of what is underperforming. The agents read the storefront at desktop and mobile width and report the gaps that cost revenue, from product pages that give shoppers nowhere to go next to product data that AI shopping assistants cannot read.
- Drafts built and waiting for review. Personalized recommendations (Frequently Bought Together, Upsell, Popular, You May Like), contextual cross-sells, bundles, discounts and promotions, built for product pages, collections, the cart and post-purchase. The same logic carries across channels, from the homepage to WhatsApp broadcasts, livestream follow-ups and in-store promotions. Nothing a shopper sees changes until the merchant approves it.
- Revenue that is measured, not assumed. Results are measured against shoppers who see no changes at all, so merchants know how much of the growth was real.
- Improvement that does not stop. The agents design, run and monitor A/B tests and keep optimizing on what the results show.
Results
Black Forest Décor measured 7% incremental revenue, 10% higher conversion and 3% higher average order value in a six-week controlled A/B test. GetGlowing Skincare attributed nearly 22% of store revenue to LimeSpot recommendations in a single month. LimeSpot is new to SHOPLINE; these results come from merchants on other platforms.
Availability
LimeSpot Growth Agents is available today in the SHOPLINE App Store. Merchants can also join the LimeSpot 21-Day Challenge: if personalization doesn't generate at least 10x what LimeSpot costs, measured against a holdout group on the merchant's own traffic, they pay nothing. SHOPLINE merchants can also download the free co-branded ebook, 10 Ways to Turn Your Holiday Traffic Into Recurring Revenue, a practical guide to raising conversion, AOV, and repeat purchases this peak season.
