In this role, Siva Sen will lead the expansion of Kaizen's India operations, strengthening its Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy to scale delivery, talent, and enterprise AI capabilities for clients worldwide.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Kaizen Global as it accelerates investments in its global delivery model. Siva Sen brings extensive leadership experience in building and scaling global delivery organizations, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. He joins Kaizen Global from LTM Ltd., an L&T Group Company, where he served as EVP and Country Head for Japan, leading international operations and market expansion. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at HCL Tech and TCS.
