Justt Launches 'Flows,' Its New Chargeback Automation Engine

Three platform upgrades help merchants automatically stop disputes before they're filed, block serial disputers, and close a PayPal blind spot that card-network alert services can't see

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Justt, the AI-native platform for enterprise chargeback management, today announced three upgrades to its platform: Justt Flows, a no-code automation engine for alerts and chargebacks; Consistent Disputers, which identifies cardholders who dispute purchases again and again; and PayPal Alerts, which gives merchants pre-chargeback warnings that card-network alert vendors cannot see. Together, they extend Justt from fighting chargebacks to both preventing them and acting on what they reveal.

Justt Flows: automate what happens after an alert or dispute

Much of the work around a payment dispute is still manual. When a pre-chargeback alert arrives, someone must issue a refund before the window closes. When a fraud dispute hits a subscription, billing often continues, inviting the next dispute.

Justt Flows lets merchants build a rule once and run it on every matching case. Each flow combines a trigger, such as a pre-chargeback alert or a new chargeback; conditions, such as amount or reason group; timing; and an action: issue a refund, cancel a subscription, accept a chargeback, or respond to Ethoca or Verifi. Flows works through merchants' existing tools across more than 70 PSPs, billing and alert integrations, and logs every action it takes.

Consistent Disputers: catching a repeat friendly fraudster

Friendly fraud is rarely a one-off. Consistent Disputers links a cardholder's chargebacks by email address, IP address, card BIN and last four digits, and name to surface the customers who dispute payments again and again. Merchants can then choose how to respond: block the customer, refund, or fight harder.

Consistent Disputers pushes Justt's technology from straightforward chargeback management into buyer-level risk intelligence.

PayPal Alerts: closing a blind spot

When a PayPal buyer disputes a charge with their bank, the bank warns PayPal. The merchant then has about 20 hours to refund before a chargeback, and a fee of up to $20, follows. Because PayPal is the card acceptor, these alerts never reach Verifi CDRN, Ethoca or the other card-network alert services merchants rely on.

Justt surfaces them through its existing PayPal integration as a fourth alert source, next to CDRN, Ethoca and RDR. Merchants see each alert's amount, reason and time left to act, and can refund in one click or automatically with Flows. Alerts resolved by refund are counted as saves, not losses.
