• Hiring automation for video interviews: Video conferencing interview templates now work with hiring automation. When a rule triggers, the Zoom or Microsoft Teams interview is scheduled and the invitation goes out automatically, with no recruiter coordination needed.
• Turnkey integrations for assessments and background screening: Administrators can activate supported Assessment partners (Criteria) and Background screening and I-9 and E-Verify partners (Verified First and Checkr) in a few clicks. No professional services engagement or an additional ICIMS integration subscription fee required. This helps recruiting teams connect key hiring technologies, evaluate candidates more consistently and accelerate time-to-value.
• Automated offers through DocuSign: An enhanced offer template editor gives teams more control over document formatting. • Verified integration with candidate.fyi: The integration with ICIMS ATS provides customers with additional interview management workflow options to tailor candidate experiences and operational processes to their unique hiring needs.
